Oxfam Intermón, in collaboration with Blanca Soto Arte and ArtFairs, organizes the CuestionARTE exhibition, its LaSede del COAM Art project.

This commitment to art is being carried out within the "More and Better Help" project, whose main objective is to recover social and political support for the public policy of Development Cooperation, one of the most cut public policies, without any a public reaction in his defense.

Oxfam Intermón relies on art and new languages to inform and agitate citizens about the positive value of cooperation, and it does so together with a group of contemporary artists selected by Blanca Soto's gallery: Manuel Barbero, PSJM, Chus García Fraile, JE Marchesi, Ruth Quirce, Paula Anta, Avelino Sala and Boa Mistura. Part of the works of comic authors Sonia Pulido, Álvaro Ortiz, Cristina Durán and Miguel Á can also be seen in the exhibition. Giner (laGRUA), also participating in the “More and Better Help” project.

With this initiative, Oxfam Intermón claims art as the engine of change, a free, transformative and magical language, to convey to society stories that reflect the importance of Official Development Assistance, how aid works: it saves and changes lives.

Colombia, Nicaragua, Morocco, Mauritania or the Dominican Republic are some of the destinations chosen to remind us that Development Cooperation has a human face that we cannot forget.
