The highly personal style of Óscar Seco is characterized by an atmosphere that is simultaneously dreamlike, humorous and critical, in which representations of both current events and major historical events are imbued. His work is expressed through painting, sculpture and also models. Within scenes of the civil war, the Second World War or typical Brueghel Nordic landscapes, you can find some comic book characters -like a disillusioned Superman- some gigantic pigeons or even some toys that are installed in those infernal or anachronistic environments. .
